Issue
CDA R2 did not support the Grouper Act class code as an Organizer. This class is used in the V3 Laboratory result domain.
Recommendation
- Add the GROUPER act class code to the CDA Organizer value set. This can also be accomplished by supporting the current full Clinical Statment model.
Rationale
Needed for laboratory reporting.
