Review Minutes of July 8, 2009

Austin/Rob 3-0-1

Ken

Ken reported to the group the Steering Division is requesting WGs to update SWOTs

Woody

ANSI has approved CMETs release 2, recommend all other released versions of CMETs be labelled as release 3

EIS in HSSP specifies a information model but it not provided, going to ballot could be for functional profiles only

Don

  • Reconciliation deadline is 2 weeks prior to ballot, July 30
  • Preview is site up and avail, not a lot of content yet, will announce July 16
  • Issues:
    1. General reminder Don does not have Visio 2007
      • Please save RMIMs in older format (2003)
      • Don will arrange to get copy of updated Visio
    2. The foundation documents are in XML files, it is difficult to do updates in Word or HTML. Need a better tool
    3. Quality Measures is in a CDA like XML file
      • No support for linking RMIM like in PubDb, PubXML does not allow linking
      • The materials may have links embedded but current transforms do not seem to work
  • Gregg still working on content, problems with referencing content in other domains
    • If referenced content is not in current ballot, what is on preview should be the correct reference

Woody

--if you want to use batch func in visio will not work with new rose tree, if people wish to use automated convert to PNG - need to download --woody close to having new rim ready with conversion to dt r2, will verify with Lloyd

Woody suggested to Gregg using the bat files for desktop publishing instead of the desktop publishing from the pubdb
