Negative Ballot Comments
Motion: The V3 Publishing Work Group believes providing supporting material in addition to a negative line item is reasonable but the balloting spreadsheet should include specific negatives that have a brief summary of what is wrong with a particular item. It is appropriate for the ballot spreadsheet negative comment to link, via filename, to a document that deals with multiple items.
The V3 Publishing Work Group recommends to the GOC that any negative comments that fail to meet these requirements be treated as 'negative without comments' (Section 14.06.03.02 of GOM)

Tools for Attribute Edits
Woody noted that Gregg had submitted a number of files, possibly having found a resolution to his issues. Woody had built an XML editor to work against PubDB which some people had used for tasks similar to Gregg's request. visio xml -> tool structure | manual editor | xslt/merge -> visio xml
