Negative Ballot Comments
Motion: The V3 Publishing Work Group believes providing supporting material in support of a negative line item is reasonable but the spreadsheet should include specific negatives should also include brief summary of what is wrong with particular item can link via filename to a document that deals with multiple items is appropriate
recommend to GOC any negative comments that fail to meet these requirements be treated as 'undocumented'

Tools for Attribute Edits
Woody noted that Gregg had submitted a number of files, possibly having found a resolution to his issues. Woody had built an XML editor to work against PubDB which some people had used for tasks similar to Gregg's request. visio xml -> tool structure | manual editor | xslt/merge -> visio xml
