Issue
The subject of an investigation may also be the author, informant, etc. associated with a clinical statement.
Recommendation
- Add an InvestigatedPerson role to the ProviderOrPatientOrRelated choice box. The InvestigatedPerson role should be played by the E_PublicHealthPerson universal CMET, and the role would be scoped by the E_Organization universal CMET.
Rationale
Just like a patient, the subject of an investigation may be the informant, author or performer of a clinical statement.

- Add an InvestigatedPerson role to the ProviderOrPatientOrRelated choice box. The InvestigatedPerson role should be played by the E_PublicHealthPerson universal CMET, and the role would be scoped by the E_Organization universal CMET.
- InvestigatedPerson: A person that is the subject of an investigation. This role is scoped by the organization responsible for the investigation.
