1. Set aside time to collate ballot comments as soon as the ballot closes

   3. check for out of scope comments
   4. open email dialog about any unclear comments
   5. priorities line items for committee
   6. do committee referrals
4. Schedule committee time through weekend before WGM
   1. based on who can attend when
   2. handle Lloyd's comments when he's not present (to which Lloyd says: "You don't really think that this will save you time do you?")
   3. resolve line items by email where possible
5. Overflow on telecons.
   1. Make sure all participants can easily navigate the spread sheet (add own id for this at +1)
   2. block votes for editor's typos etc
