   4. open email dialog about any unclear comments
   5. priorities line items for committee

4. Schedule committee time through weekend before WGM

   2. handle Lloyd's comments when he's not present
   3. resolve line items by email where possible
5. Overflow on telecons.
   1. Make sure all participants can easily navigate the spread sheet (add own id for this at +1)
