Issue

PID/PD1 and PV1/PV2 segments in VXU message have a missing ROL segment

Recommendation

As Chapter 3 will replace ROL with PRT, as agreed to during September WGM, we should add PRT to the VXU message under the appropriate PID/PD1 and PV1/PV2 segments.

Resolution

2017-09-28 Motion to insert PRT as optionally repeating after PID/PD1 and after PV1/PV2/ARV in the patient visit group, because in ADT message right now ROL is here: PID / ARV / ROL / NK1 – no segment groups are being used in ADT right now; should we add the patient group to VXU to match OML? In OML patient group is optional, but in VXU it is required – Craig Newman, Riki Merrick, no further discussion, against: 0, abstain: 3, in favor: 12
