• Discussion on process for modelling Patient Care Team requirements

- Claude requests access to the following:

* Use case materials

* Any other relevant/supporting materials as inputs to modelling process

* Domain experts

- Stephen will send an email to Claude and copy a small core team who will act as domain experts:

* Russ Leftwich, Stephen Chu, Emma Jones, Mike Padula, Laura Heermann Langford, Michelle Miller, Lisa Nelson

* the email will include link to a Google Doc (which contain a collection of use cases), link to the Learning Health System - Patient Centered Care Team project wiki page (which contains resource materials on Patient Centered Care Team)

- Claude will review the materials and produce draft materials for discussion on future conference calls

- The modelling process will be iterative. Claude will send draft materials to the core domain expert team for review prior to conference call
