ATTENDEES: Nathan Botts, David Tao, Matthew Graham

AGENDA: Start ballot reconciliation. Went through the spreadsheet filtered to 1/25 and resolved all those comments (several each from Nathan Botts and Chris Hills).

We also discussed the fact that two negative votes were cast, both from GE, referring to comments uploaded by Keith Boone. However, Keith only voted "Abstain" and did not submit any comments. David will contact Keith to see if he had intended to submit them.
