Conversation focused on the design of the new Obligation Instruction and Prohibition Instruction templates.
We reopened the debate about whether a MOLST/POLST and a DNR Order are types of Advance Directives or not. In general the group weighed in on these types of Orders NOT being kinds of Advance Directives. If we determine that this adjustment is part of what we need to do to resolve Emma's comments fully, then we will need to go back and remove the MOLST/POLST and DNR orders from the Advance Directives Kinds value set. We may be able to remove that value set all together.
We also met afterwards with PC WG to review the Obligation Instruction and Prohibition Instruction designs. The discussions there are documented in the PC WG Care Plan meeting minutes.
