- C-CDA Rubric PSS
- Brett reviews project. Aims to describe/formalize scoring rubric. ONC uses in their C-CDA Scorecard. Hans asks if there is value to consider it an implementation guide as opposed to a white paper? Currently is not planned to be balloted. Brett suggests reconsidering after the white paper is developed. Lorraine notes that publication options are affected on whether or not the white paper is balloted or not - if not, it is posted on the wiki. Hans encourages eventually balloting informative to give it more strength.
