- * IGs for cCDA and FHIR
- * Goal is for an ANSI-Accredited Standard
- * Good deal of feedback thus far for the informative ballot. Stephen mentioned concern re: modeling of negation (balloted feedback). Further discussions planned.
- * 1000s of Care Plan CDAs have been received by Community Care North Carolina. 22 technology vendors involved. Most care plans have been generated by Creative Pharmacists and Innovative Pharmacy Solutions.

- * Stephen reviewed the Sunday Q5 notes for plans for PCWG between now and January WGM. Care Plan DAM 2.0. Orders, Order sets, Advance Directives, Health Concerns, Reconciliation, Care Team, Allergies (See [link] for details).
- * Iona inquired re: Care Plan mapping from cCDA to FHIR. Some of mapping is occurring in structured docs is occurring on a project specific basis. Pharmacy work has been covered by Lantana project
