Element deleteValueSet

deleteValueSet has one optional element, the ballot status, which can be used to override an outer status. It has a single attribute:

Attribute of selectValueSet

andVocabularyDomain	If true, indicates that if there any domains to which this value set is bound, they should be deleted also.
