Dale Nelson reported that he had received 5 votes and one abstain, with a result that Woody was the chosen SD rep, and Ioana the Alternate. This was confirmed in a motion Dale/Bob 3/0/0.

ballot planning

• Publishing of XML ITS R1.1 as a point release caused some confusion, and there was extensive discussion on the call around how best to maintain major, minor, and errata release branches within a constraint set by publishing (from ANSI) that "release numbers must be sequential integers".

Reconcile New ITS spec and guide

Since these documents were published as draft the committee agreed that publication of the revised documents could go ahead on the basis that the editor has completed responses to the ballot comments, and that these can be posted to voters without detailed review by the committee prior to the publication deadline.
