PASS Audit Short meeting held last Wednesday

  • discussed Requirements in PASS Audit; intent is to have a more in depth discussion at today's Security Meeting

SPIA Cookbook

  • we have balloted the SPIA during the September ballot,
    • ballot passed, informative
  • we have been reviewing/responding to comments.
  • comments from various organizations - a number of comments were from John Moehrke (negative comments); document was revised based on his comments; he has agreed to those changes
    • also worked with other negative voter comments; answering their comments individually
  • we are currently in a place to vote for publication of the document as informative

Propose motion (from CBCC, CBCC is sponsoring WG)

MOTION: to move forward with request to publish the SPIA as informative (Rick/Beth) No discussion Objections: none; Abstention: 1-Kenn Sinn; Approve: 12

NOTE: We will be moving forward despite some negative comments still present. We have reached out to the negative voters and have received verbal/email agreements to the updates made based on their submitted comments--but their votes are still showing as negative. Repeated attempts have been made to remove the negatives.
