Food Allergy Review – 11/18/16
• Elaine Ayres - NIH • Margaret Dittloff - Academy
• We reviewed Margaret’s approach to the KP data set – annotations of food substances underway with classification by food group and specific substance. Goal will be to produce a pivot table.
• Elaine updated her work on the Cerner data set which includes both discrete substances as well as text strings.
• Goal will be to mesh data sets from various sources into one master table and present at the San Antonio meeting in January.
• A follow-on meeting has not been scheduled.
