Approve Minutes of WGM - need to be published to web site (telecon minutes can still be on wiki)

Announcements
- Brian addresses discussion of relocation of new V2 harmonization proposals from the web site database to gforge.
  - PSS is needed.
  - Ken would like the PSS to address in its scope the development of a communication plan for rolling this out.
  - We also need a migration plan.
  - They don't want to migrate everything, just for new proposals. Open proposals in existing db could migrate over.
  - Migration using FHIR GForge tracker import process might make that easier.
  - V2 call next Tuesday and T3SD call Nov 7
- Lynn confirms the NIB deadline is this Sunday October 30.
V2 Management Group Report - Brian notes that V2.9 is on track with Frank to return material by Nov 4.
V2 Publishing Issues
- Existing project on V2 publishing process (V2+, PI # 1222) is still going, but on hiatus until 2.9 is out the door.
V3 Publishing Issues
- ANT Refactor Project still open, still waiting in the background
- Assessment Scales (PC PubDB) has some issues- Michael Tan asked Andy to look into it
- CDA R2.1 ongoing project is centralizing content editing on a wiki. Andy will pull raw wiki content and generate a publication MIF file. Looking at May ballot.
- Vocab generation issue outstanding (Andy)
