Minutes 15th March

• There were no remarks about the minutes of March 15th.
• Motion to approve by Dave Pyke, second by Hank Mayers
• Vote: 2 abstain, 0 oppose, 3 approve

Publication Calendar

• New content has been sent to Lynn Laakso and is visible in the ballot.
• The final content submission is March 27th.

DAM discussion

• Hank has sent in a suggestion to replace the tables of chapter 4. He found the current tables quite confusing and has made an example where the event and the concerns were in separate columns.
• In addition each row has an reference code.
• The group agrees that this is an improvement and Hank volunteers to work on the remaining tables and put it in the new format.
• He will send the material to Dave (editor) and Michael.
• Michael and David Tao have submitted comments of the DAM.
• The characteristics of a health concern are now used as an introduction.
• David has sent in a remark, that the attribute "likelihood" appears in both the concern and the concern event. That may be redundant.
• After some discussion it was agreed, that "likelihood" in the health concern does seem redundant and would cause synchronization problems. A "likelihood" linked to concern event would seem more appropriate. We will request Jay to remove "likelihood" from the health concern in the model.
• The appendix with the comparison of health concern with CDA and Contsys has been updated to reflect the current changes.

• After submission of the DAM document by Michael, Lynn Laakso will publish the DAM in the ballot.
• The ballot will be open for 4 weeks.
• Michael will collect the ballot remarks and integrate them into one spreadsheet.
• This spreadsheet will be discussed in the WGM.

Action items

• Modify tables of chapter 4 and send to David: Hank
• Adjust the EA models, export the material and send to David: Jay
• Send the DAM document to Michael before Sunday: David
• Submit the document for second content publication on Sunday 27: Michael
