See minutes January 2016 WGM (Orlando); discussed (over 3 quarters) and revised original proposal to add single value (V-Validation) to Table 103 Processing ID, which was originally suggested the ONC S&I Lab Work Groups. During review, OO decided to also add additonal value 'N' and add clarifying comments to Table 103. Validated with Vocabulary (Ted Klein and Rob Hausam) and NIST (Rob Snelick) during the Working Group Meeting. Minor revision to description and comment for code ‘N’ approved during January 21, 2016 OO call. Also suggesting clarifications to MSH-11 definition, field using Table 103, pending InM approval.
