Topics

• Michael has submitted the reconciliation spreadsheet of the September ballot on the ballot website.
• The intent for ballot in January has been withdrawn.
• There was not enough quorum to vote on the reconciliation spreadsheet.
• David has updated the DAM document according to the dispositions.
• This can be traced thru the column disposition comments.
• There will be a call on Monday with SDWG at 5:00 pm on the topic of Health Concerns and problem concerns.
• Risk concern is mentioned in our DAM, but some comments complain that the distinction between health concern and risk concern needs more explanation.
• A risk is not an event that has happened, but a worry that might happen. Therefore it cannot not be captured in Health Concern Event.
• Events happen in the past and are completed.
• A risk concern will lead to a prevention campaign. The Angelina Jolie use case of prophylactic mastectomy is an example of this case.

Action items

• Michael will update the ballot spreadsheet in column R on the dispositions that has been addressed by David.
