DPROV Update We've voted to move forward for publication Reconciliation, updates complete Johnathan will follow up with HL7 office/ TSC regarding the hold up for final publication.

PASS Access Control Meeting this AM Continuing to work through the ballot comment reconciliation Diana will be presenting information at the Security WG Briefed the SOA WG on the work thus far, will be sending the reconciliation information over for concurrence soon

Joint EHR, Security, Privacy Vocabulary Alignment Continuing work Next steps are to flush out the extended information for the diagramed terms

For the coming ballot cycle, there are not urgent CBCC items.

New Business (Grant Wood) - Intermountain Health Care, Clinical Genomics WG

• Global alliance for genomic health
  • looking at issues on how to share between researches, countries, etc., of genomic data in terms of consent
  • a group is focused on family history; what type of consent could be built that could manage family health information (filling out the consent) how to get the data to the EHR, is there some application that could manage the entire family consent of the family genomic information.
• expanding the
• wanting to start defining an app, consent management systems - requirements of such might need to be.
• primary collecting genomic information of Biological relationship of family history (for algorithms) in order to determine future - but are not necessarily excluding non-biological relationships
