Review of Workflow issues document

  • See FHIR Workflow Discussion
  • Discussed issue #2. Agreed to candidate approach to add support for an "action type" to Order to allow communication of fulfillment of status change, request for status, etc.
  • Discussed issue #3, including multi-part orders and potential to request fulfillment of only part of an order
