Discussion

We reviewed the questionnaire that Bob and Russ had begun development of. One of the outstanding questions we have is how or if we want to capture contextual dependencies (e.g., differences based on the setting of the patient). Bob and Russ will continue to develop this work with Holly and we will review again next week.

Keith will begin the process of getting communications out to our initial groups for the longer survey.
