Criminal Justice to Community Health Reentry Scenarios <<add link to PPT>> - Ioana

• Ioana presented Criminal Justice to Community Health Reentry Scenarios for the BH DAM. This presentation provided:
  • An analysis to date of reentry exchange scenarios and data requirements
  • An overview of Behavioral Health Information Exchange standards
• The presentation also pointed to the April 2013 Urban Institute and IJIS Institute report, Opportunities for Information Sharing to Enhance Health and Public Safety Outcomes
  • And pointed to the March 2014 U.S. DOJ BJA Prioritizing Justice-to-Health Exchanges Task Team Final Report

FHIR Trust Framework - PMAC Map <<add link to PPT>>> - Mike Davis

• Mike presented the FHIR Contract Design Considerations PowerPoint based on ISO 22600 Privilege Management and Access Control (PMAC)
  • Covered the Generic Component Model (GCM) Cube which enables interoperability of contracts/policies across domains
    • In order to render an Authorization Decision, it must be possible to combine all of the separate policies - subject of care, organizational and jurisdictional - to enforce the single composite policy applicable to the request.
  • Showed a diagram that illustrates how to healthcare policy within a trust framework can be realized
    • Also showed the trust framework components and tags
