Meeting Minutes
1.Implementation of the Summary Behavioral Health Record - Wende Baker and Tom Lipscey
The BHIN Data Dictionary to BH CCD Mapping data elements document was presented. Ioana sent the document out to the group.
Tom to identify some resources within next gen and to match those up with what we currently put in our CCB and see if we capture those data elements currently and where and to see if we can include them in our current CCB. Wende stated that she and Tom saw the domain analysis that Ioana sent out and the data elements document is from our consultants and they looked at our data sets and are comparing it to the CCB.
Wende is going to find out how previous encounters are being captured. CBCC would like to know how NextGen is using this information, so drilling down into it a little deeper will be helpful.
Line 41 and 42 of the data elements document – Certainty Index and Cluster Classification – Wende does not feel that is necessary for national collection.
Tom suggests that we go through this and say yes, this field is important or not. He can then take the list and say this is captured here or there etc. The meeting is on July 17th and he would love to have something to take to that meeting.
Action Items
Ioana and Wende will try to pull out all of the necessary elements and have a meeting to discuss.
