For the Care Plan Topic project Patient need to identify the components of the care plan.
There is no description in the HL7 Glossary.
The following components are used in practice:

- care needs - lists the strategy for providing services to meet those needs - treatment goals and objectives - outlines the criteria for terminating specified interventions
