Discuss PoCD Block Vote 1 items: the "no brainers" and the "already discussed with no dissension from proposed resolutions"

A quorum being present, acceptance of the proposed resolutions for the the block vote 1 items was moved and seconded (Reinhold / Faughn: 9-0-0 votes)

PHD IG Topics (Rosner et al.)

1. Revisions in the PHD IG will not be complete for April 1 deadline, so going to ballot will be postponed. Action: Brian Rosner will inform Lynn Laakso
