Discussed a forgotten ballot comment from Kathleen Connor about security and privacy issues.
The DAM model does contain attribute confidentiality in Health Concern and Health Concern event.
The comment was found persuasive with mod. The clarification of confidentiality is adjusted to comply to the comment.
We discussed the removal of the tables in the scenario op chapter 7 of the DAM.
These tables have the purpose to show how it would look without the concept of concerns.
The tables were reinstated in the DAM.

Intention to remove the use case of Angelina Jolie. This use case is meant as an example of a concern relating to another patient. In this case the mother of Jolie who died of breast cancer. The medical records would link to observations or diagnosis of the mothers records.
Stephen argues that this often solved with family history.
However there are other examples where fetal screening on genetical deficiencies need to refer to specimen of the father, who is not the patient.
This topic needs further exploration. The current model does not support this yet.

Elaine notifies the group of the discussion within FHIR about health concerns and conditions.
Provide the DAM to the FHIR group.
