Minutes/Conclusions Reached:
Make sure we get the coordination project kicked off and make sure people know what they need to do.
Rick: Work done to Patrick’s original Spreadsheet:
Rick has added 3 lines for Security, Modeling Tool and Governance
Austin: Now that CDA R3 is in the picture, will the Pilot Coordination project 764 be able to coordinate with CDA R3 or just with Composite Order.
Currently project 764’s scope just identifies Composite Order.
Everyone agreed that 764 should be expanded to include CDA R3.
Patrick: Perhaps we need to create a high level plan from each project identifying their work.
Austin feels that our current trimester approach for target dates may be the best we can include in a plan.

Rick-Create the skeleton plan for Pilot Coordination Project.

New Action Items
Rick – Modify Pilot Coordination project 764 to include CDA R3.
We should discuss this at the next Project Services Meeting. Also, does this need change need to go through SD and TSC review/approval? Personally, I don’t think so.

Dave/Rick - add an action item to create initial Pilot Coordination Project Plan?
