Page 125 OBR-3 the Lab Result Sender Usage column, no usage is specified for this column (all other columns are R).

Recommendation

Add the R usage. This is clearly an omission.

Resolution

Persuasive. Added usage value of R (Required) for OBR-3 in ELRr1 Errata.
