Minutes

Minutes/Conclusions Reached:

  1. Confirm semantic modeling assumptions for evaluation result
    1. options
      1. "assertion" pattern a la TermInfo
      2. ignorable label (OE/LOINC, but result value is finding)
      3. concept model composition: OE + qualifier = definition of finding
    2. we don't have an answer yet; examples point both ways; we may need to support both
  2. Plan
    1. deadline for SOLOR
    2. wound close to completion
    3. skin assessment SME review not yet begun
    4. NPUAP amenable to using definitions; Susan to talk to Janet next week and find a time
    5. element definitions can go in CIMI archetypes, with attribution (see openEHR modeler tool)
      1. tangent: how to search for related models; how to distinguish related models (e.g., adoption, advocacy)
    6. value set item definitions don't. Where? SOLOR extension descriptions?
      1. issue: might definitions conflict with FSNs?
  3. HSPC
    1. meeting at 2 MT: wound assessment, common qualifiers, length & height, FHIR vs LOINC vitals panel
  4. to do
    1. Jay to dig up some use cases to test archetypes.
    2. include in ballot: Should complex items be codes or references?
