Workflow Tutorial Outline

The group reviewed and adjusted the tutorial proposal (File:HL7 Tutorial Specification V1 2 FHIR Workflow.docx) for a Workflow tutorial in January

Change proposals

Given there were only 3 people on the call, we were uncomfortable approving the proposals. However, all three were reviewed and were agreed by the attendees. Lloyd will therefore commit them as "pre-applied" changes
