Ballot reconciliation
The ballot comments on comments 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 en 27 have been discussed in a previous conference call, but could not approved due to lack of quorum. In this session we do have a quorum and therefore a motion was moved by Larry to approve the dispositions of these comment lines. IT seconded by Jay. Votes: 2 approve, 0 against, 2 abstain.
Review of January 2015 diagram
- the model which was developed in San Antonio was explained:
- the health concern component was replaced by health concern event.
- the concern identifier was replaced by different roles such as custodian, author and concerned person.
- the tracking has been removed. Instead we have concern lists on the right upper hand corner.
- there were questions about this part of the model. We have to make a clear distinction between the actual relationship of concerns and problems (the clinical model) and the way we view them (representational model). The health concern list is clearly a representation.
- Stephen questions the structure between the problem list, allergy list and the health concern list. In his view an allergy could be part of the problem list.
- Michael will post the document of the new model in the minutes and invite Jay and Larry to discuss the model in a next call.
The document of the model can be found here. [[1]]
