Review of January 2015 diagram

  • the model which was developed in San Antonio was explained:
    • the health concern component was replaced by health concern event.
    • the concern identifier was replaced by different roles such as custodian, author and concerned person.
    • the tracking has been removed. Instead we have concern lists on the right upper hand corner.
    • there were questions about this part of the model. We have to make a clear distinction between the actual relationship of concerns and problems (the clinical model) and the way we view them (representational model). The health concern list is clearly a representation.
    • Stephen questions the structure between the problem list, allergy list and the health concern list. In his view an allergy could be part of the problem list.
    • Michael will post the document of the new model in the minutes and invite Jay and Larry to discuss the model in a next call.

The document of the model can be found here. [[1]]
