During the call we discussed the comments submitted by Tom and Larry for the January WGM

  • Page 7, Tom explains that an entry in the problem list is not necessarily the concern itself. We decide to replace "however has a much shorter timeframe with however is current state of the concern. This is not the concern itself."
  • Chapter 4, sixth bullet: We will remove the text, that clutters the clinical context of the explanation.
  • Chapter 4, seventh bullet: The text should be: the nurse will deactivate a concern.
  • Chapter 4, seventh bullet: The paragraph is too large and deals with several topics. We will split the text into sections.
  • Figure 1: Figure 1 will be moved one paragraph below.
  • Chapter 5, introduction: We will add text to explain the context of the engineering section.
