- The admins at mayo gave me sysyop rights because the logs showed I was an active user. It does'n't mean that much - changing the nav bar + having the ability to protect pages, or to block users (in case of vandalism) is about it. "Create new page" - I wouldn't know how. The wiki was recently updated, so at least if you type the name of the new page in the Search-box, the rsulting screen shows you "There is no page titled "ssss". You can create this page."
