12-Feb-2013 - Motion to clarify that the child never inherits the specimen information from the parent. Therefore, if the child’s test used a specimen, it must be reported with the child’s OBR. Do not change the RE to R on the Specimen Group.
“When reporting child results, the specimen information reported on its parent is not inherited by the children. Each child OBR should include the specimen segment(s) for the observation it reports.”
