One of my actions (#331) arising from the Nov. 9th Rx SIG call was to add a disclaimer to the Dose Form Vocabulary topic as follows:
Michael vC. to add disclaimer to Dose Form Vocabulary topic, as agreed to during the November 9th Rx SIG conference call notes.
To this end, I have included the following text at the intro to this topic. If you have any comments, please let me know ASAP.
Note to Balloters: This topic (Dose Form Vocabulary) will remain in the May2007 ballot for this cycle only (at informative level). The work covered in this material has been continued in SNOMED® CT. Therefore, the topic will be removed from the Pharmacy domain for any subsequent ballot unless otherwise noted through ballot comments submitted during the May2007 ballot cycle
