START Instructions:

  1. Create a new Wiki Page:
    1. Named something like "MnM Working Group Agenda - May 2010"
    2. The entire content of that page should be
      {{subst::WGM_Agenda_Template}}
  2. Save the page, then reopen it for editing. It will now have the full text content of this "starter" Agenda
  3. Beginning 11 rows below "END Instructions", each day of the WGM is represented by a set of lines that begins with
    |- and ends with
    |. |||||||||||||||||
  4. If they are not needed, delete whole days.
  5. In each day block, replace mmm dd with something like Sep 12
  6. In the individual "quarter" rows:
    1. Replace the Image:Technical_med.gif|24px with the appropriate icon designation from the list at the bottom of this template.
    2. Replace Event with the meeting title, and
    3. Replace Chair, Scribe and Room with the appropriate data.
      For empty fields, delete the word, but not the pipes.
  7. Delete these instructions and save the page.
