To use this Template:

Search (or Go to) for a page with name like MnM_Minutes_CC_yyyymmdd (with a proper date for NEW... minutes)
Click on the RED link to the (previously) undefined page in order to edit it.
Type {{subst::MnM Template for Agenda-Minutes}} as the only content for the new page.
Preview (if desired) to verify it was typed correctly
"Save" the page. The contents of this template will REPLACE the substitution link above
Re-edit the page and delete these instructions (in the big element)
