Review Minutes of November 11, 2009

not done

Don

Don was sending email to the various WG co-chairs to describe the ballot cleanup actions being taken.

Austin: may need to push to TSC (with large enough comment from the WG)

Annotated ECG can be pulled from the ballot site

Don: Leaving the links in the LHS (left hand side menu) means it is not as clear as possible, especially if the goal is to clean up left hand content. Another way to handle this would be a listing. Use the V3 ballot site for ballot versus a V3 reference

Austin: Does the product catalogue help fulfill this overall reference?

Don: Lynn is preparing the product catalogue, the goal is primarily marketing

Jean: Could a reference site with NE plus ballot plus DSTU be created?

Don: Yes, there is a temp site already, with a link from Project Insight

Woody: LHS clean-up was not the prime objective of the ballot site cleanup. Question where does LHS come from? Can its use be managed?

Don: There would be more programming needed. The LHS menu is managed via PubDB, but it needs a manual update.

Woody: We should not let people forget what is in the NE

Jean: The ballot site should just be what is being balloted

Austin: Yes, we must retain links to NE

Woody: Let us start with removal (by creating a reference link to the NE content) of non-balloting content
