The draft project scope statement was reviewed during the call with the following revisions:

• Security WG was added as co-sponsor
• The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) was added as an implementer
• The Social Security Administration (SSA) representative (Tom Davidson) will confirm whether SSA should be added as an implementer
• Mike Davis and Tom Davidson were added as interested parties, an invite to other stakeholders to follow on the Security List
• The project scope was clarified
