Issue
The Genetic Variation model currently provides for a title in the Genetic Loci (entry point that would carry a title), Genetic Locus, Sequence Variation, and Individual Allele class, all mapping back to Observation. Considering this is within scope of SC and to therefore remain derivable from CS, we need to add the title to the Observation class.

- Add title: ED [0..1] to Observation
