Agenda
Agenda Topics
- Status of SOLOR work
- timeline for January.
Minutes
Minutes/Conclusions Reached:
- Nurses meetings
- not held this week
- mostly done with wound
- pending:
- trend refsets (PUSH, Jensen instruments)
- location - probably union of sets of terms for 6 use cases
- pending:
- skin assessment in queue
- color, turgor, moisture, integrity, temperature
- current color draft is query-based: lots of concepts we don't want, not all the ones we do
- CIMI model
- Joey completing a draft 9/30 (but contract renewed; work will continue)
- Modelers need refset IDs & descriptions to put in ADL
- all refset IDs for Wound have been provided
- constructing URIs, e.g., http://snomed.info/id/201000205104
- Note: also discussed OID URIs; e.g., urn:oid:0.2.4.5.66.5.3 Relationship unclear - is this for VSAC, http for OntoServer?
- Note: this pattern does not handle module or version
- Question: were we not planning to use refset UUIDs rather than concept IDs?
- refset contents not needed; these will be pulled from terminology server using refset ID
- Joey will ask Patrick to deploy the build to the web (models.opencimi.org) so we can all review
- Issue: CIMI ADL could not support terminology
- Joey used openEHR construct to address issue, but it's not CIMI
- How this will be resolved is not yet clear - adoption of openEHR model (possibly more complex than needed) or construction of some intermediate solution
- Plagiarism
- We wish to leverage prior art where possible, and not have to re-invent language that will perforce diverge from agreed definitions
- We wish to avoid IP disputes
- Jay will reach out to NPUAP regarding incorporation of NPUAP language in CIMI artifacts. Will copy Lorraine and Karen at HL7.
- Whether this has an effect on SOLOR is tbd
- Whether this has an effect on Style Guide is tbd
