      • Several possibilities. Changes are reflected in the resource spreadsheet and included in part of the build. CAn also be in can XML file and referenced in the resource spreadsheet. With the advent of the CodeSystem Resource we can now reference that resource in the server. Many of the vocabularies are tied to specific resources (mechanically).
