1. Roll call and agenda -Andy, Woody and Lynn
2. WGM Agenda - Weds Q1 joint publishing V2 and V3, M&C and DMP review;harmonization project -Andy will cancel the room request for V3 Pubs on Wednesday.
   • DMP review is usually just applying customization to allow HQ as voting members
3. ANT Refactor Project
   • Andy and Woody use command line and Lynn (Don) use Eclipse.
   • Andy using oXygen for editing ANT scripts as it has an ANT mode; Woody uses Eclipse. ATOM might have an ANT mode.
4. Discussed method of updating technical correction to 2015NE 2CD zip files; RIM not updated
5. Lynn needs to discuss with Woody how to create the RIM packages; Woody is working on documenting the RIM Maintenance process and will review at WGM. Andy notes that Jean has been working with Ted on the RIM maintenance but he won’t be in Atlanta.
   • Andy will not be in Atlanta
