    • Includes what the vendor gets, what is expected of them and what it will cost
  • Need understanding of what the cost of build is to include in the cost of participation
  • Will be sent by Patrick to Sandy within the next two weeks.
  • Following that we will schedule a webinar to discuss this with vendors

• Exhibit Space
  • Blueprint sent to Sandy by Patrick
  • Space is down an escalator so signage is very important
  • Brainstorming a “gimmick” to help get people to the showcase.
    • Should relate to the use case story
    • Volunteers lead them to the space

• Vendor recruitment needs to begin
  • Awareness campaign (newsletters, webinar)
  • Outreach to prospective vendors with prospectus (ePush, phone call follow up)
  • Guidelines for preparation and set up (planning calls, face to face opportunities)

Use Case Discussion:

• White Paper on IHE priorities for nursing
• Bronwen story line draft
• Anneke HL7 story line
• Begin to engage the vendors to elaborate on the use case
• Devices are a focus as they are good for demonstrations and a big part of the nursing workflow
• Bronwen to create a visual of what we could do

Sandy proposes to cancel the meeting in two weeks so that we can review a prospectus in 4 weeks.
