Diagram discussion:  The original diagram had a health concern list pointing to a problem list and allergy list.  Changed the health concern list to a health concern list item. The group discussed if the list item was necessary and determined that the problem list and the allergy list could be related directly to the health concern (E.G. health concern collects problem list, health concern collects allergy list).

Review of new diagram

Jay had adjusted the Diagram, but also has new questions. This document was sent previous to the meeting. There were no remarks about the new model.

Jay has added an example of John Doe to illustrate the process. Kevin proposes to set up business rules of how the mechanism should work. However a DAM should restrict itself to the functional requirements and not provide the informational solutions at this stage.

Kevin suggests that a table with concerns and problems could give more insight of how this should work. Kevin will provide an example.

We discussed the first question on the relationship between concerns, orders and plans. The answer is that both could be true.

We will continue with the remaining questions in the next call.
