During the call we discussed the comments submitted by Tom and Larry for the January WGM

Page 7, Tom explains that an entry in the problem list is not necessarily the concern itself. We decide to replace "however has a much shorter timeframe with however is current state of the concern. This is not the concern itself."
Chapter 5, we will replace a concerned person with a concerned person, role or group.
Chapter 5 tracking: We decide to add an extra introduction about tracking and naming aspects of concerns. See row 16 of ballot spreadsheet.
Chapter 7, page 16 above even table, Some extra text will be added as mentioned in row 17 of ballot spreadsheet to give more clarity.
Chapter 7, page 11-16, A decision was made to replace registration complaint cough... with presenting complaint cough......
