Publishing Committee Motion on Referred Ballot Items

On October 11, 2006 the Publishing Committee discussed appropriuate actions that it might recommend to other Technical Committees reltive to ballot items that they might refer to Publishing. A result of that discussion was the following motion.

MOTION: If a committee receives a negative vote regarding the publishing presentation of material within the domain or in other areas of the published material; THEN Publishing will recommend that the committee enter a disposition of "Not Related" for that line item and that they inform the voter to submit requests to publishing through the publishing call/list and Task List.
